Logan did some seasonal work on our two furnaces. Change the filters, cleaned the humidifiers and did a basic tune-up. He also checked on our malfunctioning thermostat and made a repair. He was awesome and prices were reasonable!

I have had McGhee's service my furnace and my air-conditioning unit for several years. The thing I'm most impressed about is that all their service technicians are extremely polite and professional. During inclement weather, they've even offered to put on boot covers to avoid wet feet marks on my floors. They do very extensive tests on everything that is needed. They are all very mannerly and well spoken, and obviously very professional and caring. I thoroughly recommend them to anybody in need of furnace or air conditioning tune-up or repairs. Not only are the technicians very polite, but so are the office staff and the thing I love about it - they send you a reminder text message and email 15 minutes before the tehnician arrives. I get a phone call to say they're on their way. That is great customer service. Thank you, McGhee's for keeping me warm and cold as needed throughout the years.

Lance was right on time, and diagnosed my furnace fan issue quickly. He had it repaired and checked over in less than an hour.

McGhee's recently installed a furnace system in my new home. At the time, I was not living there. Before meeting Chase, their technician, I had already been given 3 estimates from other companies. After explaining what the other companies found wrong with my furnace, he wanted to measure the air quality. After discovering it was not safe, he strongly suggested turning down the thermostat and limiting my time in the house until I had the furnace replaced. Chase went above and beyond what any company had done to protect me. A huge THANK YOU to Chase, Walker, Jim, and Brett for making my home safe and warm.

Since the first time I used McGhee's I was impressed with the gentleman servicing my furnace. Everyone I have spoken with at McGhee's has been very helpful and professional and I continue to be a member of the CARE club so they will be out in the spring to check my air conditioner!

Tune-up on our old furnace. McGhee's is taking very good care of it and keeping it running. NOt pushing replacement even thoughh it is 35 years old. 🙂
